NOVICA, in association with National Geographic, offers thousands of limited edition and one-of-a-kind gifts, jewelry, and home decor treasures handmade by master artists and artisans throughout the world. In Central Ghana lies the town of Benya, whose lagoon exists as a revered natural resource and inspiration for this work by Nana Frimpong. Care instructions: The throne's regal appearance may be maintained by using a dry cloth and shoe polish. Avoid using anything wet - including water or spray polish - when cleaning the throne. Frimpong's artistry has been featured on BBC's The World program, and in periodicals including Business Week, The Christian Science Monitor, and The Washington Post.
